"Hi, I'm in Delaware."
I have two identical Orange 1x12 cabs, so I thought I'd try an experiment and use one as a mic for the other one. In case you were ever wondering why no one does that, it's because it doesn't sound very good. Stick with 57s...

It worked for Paul McCartney on "Paperback writer" in 1966 ! :D

Don't judge me! If it had worked, it would be a nice way to lower stage volume if necessary. And to have the sound guy give me odd looks.

I don't know where to start?? When I was 9, I thought of making a parachute out of paper bags and jumping off our roof. If it had worked.... well..

In your defence (god knows you need some) a lot of kick drums are mic'd with a speaker. Get it right, and the speaker only picks up everything about 100 hz and lower.

If it had only worked ..................................

Hey, you get points from me. Experimentation is where it's at. Don't ask "what if?" go out and give it a shot. You'll eventually stumble into something pretty cool.
