Is there anyway possible to record my electric from my amp with effects to my sound card. Here is my setup for my electric and computer. My electric I have a dunlop cry-baby wah/volume into the boss super phaser into my marshall avt 50. My effects are powered by dunlop juice with 7: 9 volt inputs and 3: 18 volt inputs. On my computer I have a dell 8100 with a mia digital audio card a vegas audio by sonic foundry and a ultra di pro-direct box by behringer. Oh this may or may not help but all the inputs I have on my marshall avt 50 are input, cd input, head phone output (I have already tried that and it dosn't come up with the sound but only out of the monitors, fx send, fx return, and emulated DI out. Please tell me also if there are any hardware I need to buy to make this work... If its possible.I also have a loudspeaker input on the back but it has a plug going into it from the inside of my amp.

You got a cabinet? Get yourself a mic, throw it in front of the cabinet and run it into your card. Fire up Vegas and youre ready to go.

Otherwise, you could run out of that DI jack. Just take a cable and run it from that DI and into your card. It really sucks, I know I have one. It sounds horrible. What is the deal with god damn DI inputs anyways??? Why in the HELL do the engineers design those so they sound like ass fuzz when you record distortion direct???! That seriously pisses me off. I really wanna know what the deal is with direction distortion. Someone? Anyone?
