hi folks.i recorded a buddy of mine playing some harp last week.
he brought his own mic, which was a hohner.i didnt think the
output from the mic was sufficient for recording purposes,so
i had him switch to a 57.(this was direct into my aw4416)
i didnt add any effects to the harp while he was rcording,how-
ever i did ad some later.the problem is, is that when i added distortion to his harp parts ,i was able to hear every breath
he was taking.
any advice on good harp mics and recording techs would be
appreciated.
