Hey folks!

I'm new here and new to home recording but find this site really helpful. Got a question though. I'm a turntable dj and have for the last year been recording on a tape player. I recently purchased a computer with a soundblaster live card and it included a bunch of other programs and stuff. I would like to somehow hook up my mixer, a Numark 2002 to record on my hardisk and burn my own cds. I have the typical rca connectors coming out of my mixer but no such receiving end on my sound card! My sound card as spdif ins and outs on the front as well as a mic jack and speaker outputs on the back as well as some other mini jack which I'm not sure what to use for. Anyways, please help me figure this out! Thanks!

The minijack labeled Line In needs a 1/8" stereo miniplug. You can find a cable that has two standard RCAs at one end and a stereo miniplug on the other. Most decent music stores will have them or try a Radio Shack.
