Recording from DJ system to burner..How?

I am new to CD recording ans need info. Basically what i want to do is to record to a cd burner from my 2 turntables connected to a mixer. Tell me if this is right:
1.Connect Mixer to line in on PC soundcard
2.Save my mix as a wav file
3.Burn to CD

Questions:
1.What kind of quality will I get?
2.What other WAV recorder is ther as shareware besides the WIN recorder?
I need something that will record my 30-70 miniute mixes.
Any info I would deeply appreciate.Thanks

First off, I need to know what type of sound card do you have. What is the capacity of your hard disk? What is the speed of your CPU?
