Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum, and I have a problem I've been asking my SRT friends about but I can't seem to get a straight answer. I'm going to be getting a new computer very soon, and I want to record and multi track myself playing trombone. The computer I'll be getting will have an 1.0ghz Athlon processor, and proably 256RAM. I think it will come with sound blaster live. Does anyone know what I would have to do to set my computer up to record brass?.......I'm not looking for the most expensive way to upgrade, I'm just looking for a way to inexpensively record brass with pretty decent quality. One option I thought about was getting a Sony stero mic that's supposed to be used for Mini Disc Recordings. Anyone have any ideas?
