Recording a melodica?

I bought I melodica recently, and I want to record it. What is the best way to record a melodica? What mic is good to use and in what position?

WHat exactly is a melodica? Is that like a concertina? I've been thinking about using a concertina for some live performance and I have no idea how I'd mic the fucking thing.

Melodica - should be ok with a vocal mic - they're a bit toppy so you might need to cut some EQ from the top - then again if you're likely to move a little whilst playing an omni might be a wise choice.

I would setup a couple mics and see what sounds interesting for the arrangement. There's no one best way of recording anything.
