Recording a cassette to MR8-hd

I want to record some old cassette tapes onto the MR8-hd - I was simply going to connect the two stereo outs from the cassette deck into 2 recording channels on the MR8-hd...will this work or is there another/better way??

Yes - probably the only way as well.

Why are you doing this? The MR8 memory card is barely adequate for one or two multi track songs. While it can function as a playback device it seems a long way around to make some analog tracks into digital.
