HI all,

I want to export my track into wav file. I understand that if I export=>audio mixdown from the midi track, it is not going to work. I have to record my midi track to audio track so that after that I can convert into wav file.

How to record my midi track(s) to an audio track?

THanks in advance,

masantha

Sorry, i dont really understand what you mean here.... My midi track is just a simple track without any effect.

Thanks...

He means is it a keyboard, sound module? get it? so what is it?

All you have to do is enable another track to record, hook up audio cables from your keyboard to your soundcard, mixer or however you have it set up, Hit record.

It should print a wave file of whatever is playing on your keyboard... hope that helps :D

Thanks a lot..... If you don't mind, if it is sound module then?
I used ProTools before, it can record a track from one track. Can Cubase do this?

Thanks again, Carter....

A module works the same way..... and yes Cubase can record a track from another, all you have to do is arm the track and hit record! ;)
