Record a Guitar & Soundcard

Hello:

I have "AmpliTube" and I'd like a good souncard to record my guitar with the computer with no extra devices. The soundcard should:
- Have An 1/4" high impedance input with gain control to rise the input level
- Be capable of playing DVD-s and playing games

What would you tell me? What do you thing about the "Audigy 2 Platinum" & "Terratec DMX 6 Fire 24 /96"?

The Terratec looks nice, I would stay away from the Audigy...it is more of a gamer card than a serious recording unit.

Here come a million Audigy users to lynch me.
