Recommend mixer for small hybrid lo-fi (Reaper, MR8s, cassette) studio

I'm killing little Behringers left and right over here.

My instruments are synths, grooveboxes, and vocal mics. The room is laughably small. I need a quality Ebay mixer with flexible routing.

Are you talking about the Sound Devices 302 used in movies? I'm looking for more of desk style mixer.
