Yes you can, also Reason uses many virtual synths and effects to process and create your own music.

I had alot of questions about reason and realized that it stemmed from the fact that I was lazy and didn't want to read the tutorials. Now, three months later, since I read plenty and experimented with a whole lot, I am soooooo much wiser.
I guess in a nutshell Like cstockdale wrote, and I quote "READ THE DAMN MANUAL"...
But then if you have any questions, feel free to ask away. But make an attempt to grasp whatever you can on your own first. You'll feel better about yourself later. (That free advice too.......................
