At first my M-audio was working fine with reaper. I was using audio device ASIO and it was connecting up fine with my interface. But now it is sayin that its not supported and I have to check the sync settings in control panel or something.. 
And yes!! the interface is compatible with ASIO. Its also compatible with WMD .. but thats doing the same
