I always support products where I think support is due. Haven't hung the two RealTraps I bought from Ethan a month or so ago, but my 'studio' (stand alone recording/tracking/mixing room) is almost complete. So it came the time today to go and buy the hardware to hang the RealTraps, as well as some impromptu scheme for 'temporarily' affixing (read...in case I sell the house in a few years, the studio will be a detached guest room, pool house, or stand-aloone media room) some Auralex I bought a few months back without using glue, which is hard to bring back to a sinuous, smooth wall finish.
Anyway, I thought I would just double check the RealTraps box, and voila!, hardware included for hanging. A little thing, maybe, but I think it is the little things people do, along with great customer service (which Ethan gave EXCELLENT customer service when I ordered) that are at least worth mentioning. Just an FYI on my experience thus far. I have had similar great experiences with PMI audio (support for my older Joemeek gear) and Naiant Studios (MSH mics), just so you know I'm not on Ethan's payroll.
