That Norwegian Bastard
I`ve just spent a fortune, on purchasing mic`s, monitors, interfaces,
Yes the works.

but I think I ended up shorthanded on dynamic mics.
I`ve got a 2 sm57`s one sm 58 a b52 and , a behringer mic wich is the first mic I ever owned.

But when recording an entire band I end up a bit short on the dynamic mic side, as for condensers I have 5 of em, some sd`s and some "big" d`s.

so money is a an issue here, so any thing cheap would be apriceated.

cheap= 2 mics for 100$.

thanks.

mabye a couple pg57s?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=41465&item=7332232665&rd=1

found these 57 clones. might suck. id save a tiny more and just get 2 more 57s. dont think ive really come across sub 100$ dynamics that are as solid and usefull as them. seems like you should be able to get away wityh the ten mics you have while you save up. sdcs can sound good on snare. overheads placed right can give alot of tom so you could mabye skip the. id say for a regular band setup and those mics only id go. 52 on kick 2 sdcs as oh one on snare, 57s on guitar cabs, 58 on bass with a di line also , ldcs on vox.

I was once in the same situation, and a couple of AudioTechnica Bite mics off ebay did the trick. Very cheap, not that bad.

search ebay for gls es57s. they're sm57 clones that cost $30 a piece and i just got 3 of them and they sound seriously identical. like somebody on here warned they're a bit hotter.. but thats not really a bad thing with dynamics as far as i'm concerned.

I'm selling 2 Sennheiser 825's for $75. They are pretty good mics, actually. I like them better than SM58's. I also own some 835's and an 845 all which are not for sale, but I just love on everything. We could work out shipping to Norway and I could get them to you for $100 shipped there I'm pretty sure.

H2H

*edit* I looked at shipping and I can get them there for $22 by airmail, so I can get them to you for $95 total if you're interested. Just let me know.

Thanks a lot for the response guys.
really apreciate the input.

I think I`ll go for the sennheisers.

Good choice Nakatira. Hard2Hear is famous. He's on the "good guys" list.. And the mics are just fine for the price. It is hard to advise anyone on a budget in Scandanavia, because mics are not just more expensive theire, but the prices are different relatively, due to tax differences.-Richie

Yeah that's a great deal, works out around €80. A new pair with delivery would probably be a bit more than double that in Europe.

Superlux make a couple of good ones - the TOP 248 and TOP 258 for about €50 each ... but that buy from H2H looks like a good one - he's a good guy. :)
