real-time panning?

How can I make a track go left-right during a song? Probably an easy thing with CEP. I can't figure it out...

I use 1.2, you did not state which VER. you have, so i will assume the process is the same. ( because that alway's get's me in trouble) , Right click on the track you want to pan during playback in "multitrackview", select "pan" , and pan till' your heart's content!!

And if all else fails, yeah, learn with picture's!! I like pretty picture's.
