Right now my amp is pretty generic. Its a B-52 ST6012 amp, like seen here. I want to cover it with something, like this here:

I also want to change the grille on my amp. Right now its just some generic cloth that has been stretched out, so it doesn't even look good anymore. The grille I'm looking for looks similar to Mesa/Boogie's Road Ready bass cabinets:
I know where to buy the tolex, but how hard is that to re-do on a guitar amp? If I had it done somewhere, how much would it cost? And also, do you guys know where I can find this grille to be custom fitted for my amplifier?
