For those who haven't heard this yet, think "Dynamite Hack"...

The guitar sounds nicely mixed; very smooth... no harshness. Seems like the
bass is just a small bit missing, now. Compression would help that a bit (IMO)
for a bit more sustain, and some more beef around 100Hz. Maybe a slight bump
on snare drum would help, too. Good vocal level.

A really good mix, however. The recording sounds less digital in this mix.

Good song. Especially lyrically. Made me want to listen to what was going to happen next. To me a good measure of a song. Good bass line. Liked the funny lines sung in a deadpan voice. Nice singing voice.

Pretty good sounds all around. Maybe lacking a little midrange definition across the board.

Pitchiness at 1:04 - unless you're trying to do it that way (which I would disagree with). A little around 2:50. A bit in other spots.

Little rattle on the right side at about :49. there it is again at 1:04. Again in other spots. Not sure what that is.

The level is a little quiet. A limiter/compressor would help there.

Loved the song.

I really like the mix, the guitar level is about exactly where I would put it.

It's quite a funny tune, maybe lose the speaking part in the beginning, I assume it's sarcastic but I didn't know that at first and it was a little distracting.

Good stuff.

ha i love the song...

nice recording too...what kind of preamps do u have?

Sarcastic? Why, I meant every word. This song is nothing more than an ode to the beautiful feelings one can have for a woman's...ass...can I say that here?

As for the mix pre-amps, I use an Aardvark Q10 straight into my pc.

Thanks everyone for the help on this song, I submitted it and it WILL be used on the found magazine audio cd.

Peace from NL, Peter
