Will i have any trouble if i track with an active behringer DI? Wondered how much of a difference quality of DI would make on this process.

If that is what you have, use it. The most important thing is to get started.
There is not one good sound that works for everybody. That having been said, yes there is a difference. I personally don't like to use DI boxes for recording but that's a preference.

It is really going to depend on the type of music you are recording. If it's metal with super saturated tones....less noticeable. Clean tones through a really shimmery amp, you might notice a difference with a higher quality DI.
Easiest thing to do is try it and see if you notice it mucking things up.

That DI isn't the worst in the world. You should get decent results.
