RCA Jacks on the back of my tape deck

My Tape Deck has 2 record inputs left and right and 2 play outputs left and right. Nooooo Dah??? Anyways. Is their a connection that is made to turn 2 jacks into 4? So instead of me having 2 record input jacks ect. , I can have 4?

You can use 2 RCA Y adapters. 1 for each input. They s/b 1 male jack and 2 female inputs for each tape input. you should also look into a compressor to avoid tape saturation once you start recording these additional signals.
