rap studio too close for comfort...

Anyone got any ideas on how to keep the guy across the streets bass from entering my condenser? I cant ask him to turn it down anymore, because its not really that loud to start with. It just carrys. Plus I do my share of noise myself. Building a sound booth isnt really an option right now, and I dont want to spend hundreds of dollars on foam pads if I dont have to. Its just when I`m using a condenser (and yeah, I know, stop using the condenser!). Any ideas?

He can't turn it down
You can't build a booth
You can't spend money on isolation

I think you've run out of options.

Try recording when he isn't, like dirty said.
