Rane Support Recommended

I have head of Rane doing this but this is the first time that it has happened to me.

I have an older Rane HC6 headphone amp with a bad pot in one of the channels. I wrote to Rane service to find out what it would cost for a replacement pot.

I did not hear anything back from them for about a week and then today a pot shows up in the mail. No charge.

that is the kind of support that get people coming back.

Whoa, very nice!! Great props for Rane. I have a few of their pieces, but haven't ever had any of them repaired.

Alot of companies will do this on a minor part. the pot prob only costs 2-3 dollars and it would usualy cost them more than that to bill you for it in man power to process your order. As a matter of fact I have a pot for a mixer coming from them right now no charge. Plus what they charge for some of their stuff they better be able to afford to do it HE HE HE!
