Randomising Midi Velocity

I've done it before but can't remember how, and can't find a post on this forum... basically, how do you do that process which applies random velocity to every note in your midi track? It's like the "transformer" plugin but I seem to remember being able to 'apply' it in one go, much like applying something like "pitch shift" to a standard audio recording.

I've been trying for about one hour now with no luck. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be more than greatful. :)
 
If you figure it out, please tell me how you did, I asked the same question about 1 month ago and ended up doing it with the sin pencil tool (long and not much randomized...)

That screen does look familiar! However I think I can remember there being a "process" button on that screen, and everytime you clicked it the velocities would be randomised in real time before your eyes. However, this was around 4 months ago, so I may be imagining it.
