Radio Station list

Someone posted a list of radio stations not long ago, I believe it was in this forum. It had links to a few dozen websites that i believe were primarily college radio. I'm trying to find that list so I can mail CD's to them, but I can't track it down. Can anyone point me to the correct thread or another place where a similar list can be found?
