You might want to check out anvilcase.com Look into their modular interlocking case system or their rack designs. These people made a very nice product. Road cases are kinda expensive. Another site is calzonecase.com I have never worked directly with this companies product, but worth checking out. The Guitar Center is having a nationwide sale for the month of August.
I am working on building my own, if I can't find an affordable case. Let me know if you find any deals....
