Solved RØDE PSA1 boom arm keeps going up on its own... How do I fix that?

Ok, so i just got my Røde PSA1 boom arm, but somehow, when i bring the top end of it (where the shock mount + mic is supposed to be), it keeps popping back up, so it's pointing upwards... is it supposed to do that? if not, then how can i adjust it so it doesn't pop up on its own all the time? there are however 2 screws on it that i can somewhat adjust; 1 at the bottom part and 1 in the middle... is it these that i must adjust on, or:

solved: just pu on the REST of the stuff, i.e mic etc.

May be that it needs to be loaded with the mount, mic and cord to counterbalance it.

EDIT: yes, that did the trick. doh... why'd i even post it?! im sorry for this useless thread, but at least it got solved..........
