Does anybody know if it is possible to purchase a hot swap media bay like the ones used on the newer 24 track hard disk recorders? I would like to install one on my pc to make multiple projects as easy as different band-different hard drive. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Ness7

I use removable hard drives. They are not hot swapable but they are a great way of organizing if you record other people. There are many available, price around $20. If your putting 7200RPM ATA 66/100 make sure the bracket you get is speced to handle the ATA aspect. The biggest problem I've run into with them is finding the same bracket again. I would suggest buying 5 or however many you think you may need. Otherwise you have to change the bracket in the computer and then buy a bunch of brackets over and over again.

I do like emeric does.Dockable hard drive bay with multiple hard drives.A cdrw lets me transfer any data from drive to drive, archive data and burn audio CDs.Good cheap solution!
