Quick Sound Card Question

Can anyone help me get as many seperate channels into my pc as possible at the same time? This is what I have:

terratec ews88d sound card
turtle beach santa cruz sound card
12-channel peavey mixer w/ sends for each channel
pc and mics

I have done some recording before, just not seperate tracks into a pc simultaneously. I was just curious how many I could get in and how. Also, I know if I buy another sound card I can get a bunch of tracks in simultaneously. I want to know what I can do with what I have. Thanks.

This is the 10 spdif input card ???
Well, up to 10 if you have digital outboard gear or mixer with 10 digital outs or ADAT lightpipe.
