I'm sitting here with my mixer next to my computer. Now do I use the mixer's R/L "Tape Out" to go to the computer's Line IN??\

There are also 4 Aux Sends too, but those are 1/4".

R/L line out for stereo out, monitor out for mono out. Adapter plugs are a quick fix for going from 1/4 to 1/8 plug sizes.
