Does it matter which pin goes into the power supply and which goes into my pedals? Do they have different polarities? I can't find any info on this and I don't want to break my pedals.

Not quite sure what you are asking..."which pin goes into the power supply"

1. Make sure all your pedals use the same pin configuration as your power supply - they can be either center + or center - (the hole)...other than that, it doesn't matter which end of a cable goes where, as long as the above is compatible.

2. Don't over load the power supply - find out what your pedals each draw, in milliamperes, and see what the PS is rated for, total amps. Just add up the pedals' amps = total amps.

Thanks, that answered my question perfectly :) I'm using a Fueltank Chameleon and wondered if one of the ends of the daisy chains were center + while the others were center -. As you might have guessed I'm not an electronics major :P

I guess there may be (?) some "conversion" power cables that allow you to connect a center + on one end and a center - at the other...for dealing with pedals that are different, but that kind of cable would be a specialty cable and marked as such.

You're OK with what you are doing...
