Hell, it's "miraculously engineered", how could you go wrong?

It's probably legit, they're just taking a bit of artistic license with their description of it. They have damn good feedback, and it seems like a good price to me.

there are some suspicions that I have. It's categorized under Men's Clothing. There's no pictures on the listing, but the seller emailed them to me> I asked if it was stolen. He told me he got it as part of a "deal." He wants money to be wired via Western Union and can't currently take paypal payments even though paypal is listed as one of his options. He sent me a big "I give you my word email." I'm not buying it.

someone else mentioned this:

"he mostly has seller's feedback for items he bought, all of which were less than $50, some $5. Very suspicious. Anyone dealing with computers, etc, usually has feedback that includes such things, but his doesn't. That's a red flag to me."

Don't buy it!
I've already had the "deal" like that. It was not a comp, it was a preamp, but what's the difference?.. I wasted $500 . Don't make my mistake.

Peace.

It's a fraudulent auction. Here's why:

The seller's account is probably hijacked. They haven't sold anything in year, and the last time they bought anything was a month ago. The use of a different email address in the auction is a giant red flag--they can't change the listed email address without the real account owner getting an email stating their personal information was changed.

It's a one day auction. They are hoping to scam somebody before they get caught.

They are soliciting off eBay sales by stating a price ($1290) and saying they have 5 others available, again an attempt to scam buyers without recourse with eBay.

The high bidder has -1 feedback. They are probably a vigilante bidding on the auction to keep unwitting buyers from being scammed EDIT: I take that back, it might be an innocent but not very smart buyer. Anyway, there is another high bid now.

The Western Union payment is a giant red flag. They will take your money and never ship you anything.

I've got over two hundred transactions on eBay, with near perfect success. However, laptops are like the Wild West on eBay. Stay the hell away unless you know exactly what you are doing.

and another thing, there's no picture. plus if i'm right, or at least on my cell, mobile internet can sync w/ ur current e-mail address, why would he start a different one.
