Hi guys so recently I've invested some money into making my own bedroom studio so I can record vocals myself instead of having to travel all the time. So here lies my question and problem:
When I record vocals where I am singing louder, the levels are bigger than the parts where I am singing softer however it is not CLEAR. The soft parts in the track are very clear however when I sing louder it is not clear at all and I have no idea why. The louder parts aren't clipping, and they sound louder just not CLEAR. Anyone have any idea why? This has been frustrating me for a few days now since I got my equipment...
