Question for John

Do you know those panels that have plywood, a 3'' thickness of polystyrene foam, and then another sheet of plywood on the outside?? The walls of my house are made of these and I was wondering if these might be good for a studio. Seems like less air could get through these things.

Providing it is airtight it should work. The plywood panels will also act as bass absorbers.
