What exactly is John Laws' "Golden mic"? It looks like a Sennheiser. Does anybody know the model?

For non-aussies who are wondering what the hell I'm talking about.... John Laws is an Australian radio interview/talkback etc personallity who is known as "The Man with the Golden Mic", and he does actually have a golden mic.

FWIW, Prince used to have a silver Sennheiser MD431...it probably didn't stay so shiny after pulling double duty as a dildo, but that can't be helped, now can it?

Another likely candidate would be the MD421.
