question about rack mounted power conditioners

I was wondering if anyone knows what is a unsafe voltage to look for when my furman power conditioner gives a voltage reading?

it reads out of my house wall plug in between 120 and 121 (no Fletch comments please:)

is it bad when its low, high, fluctuation? what is a normal voltage so i know what is high or low?

just wondering

that sounds pretty normal... unless you're not in the US, in which case that's REALLY BAD.

120-121V is just where it should be in the US with our 120V 60AC power supplies.
