Questing for waves plug in owners

I might be buying the native waves platinum pack fairly cheap second hand. But i noticed to transfer ownership is going to cost US$150 to transfer the product to my own waves user account(not that i have my own user account ATM)
Will i have to transfer the product to my account to get it to run. $150 seems like quite alot, even if i am saving a bit by buying it second hand.

I'm fairly sure you'll have to pay the $150 to use it legally (and use it at all). No free lunch here! But the Waves plugins are great! I have the Renn Collection and Native Power Pack. I had to get new codes when I got a new PC and they got back to me within a day or so, and the new codes worked fine.
Not what you were expecting to hear, but developing SW isn't cheap!

thats a bullshit policy.
It's stuff like that that makes people just go out and get a crack.
Actually, I use cracks of some software i OWN because cracks work better, and you dont have to worry about the company crap when you want to reinstall or something.
