QBase or ProTools 001???

Hello, was wondering what is the BEST computer recording hardware/software utility under 600.00? Need help deciding, thanks! Peter ><>

PS, I'll be running it in a P4 1.5g processor 700m ram,etc...
 
I say SX!

Why: because even though ProTools is good software, and even though "the top notch pros" use it, I say get SX because ProTools 001 comes with the 001 soundcard which Ain't very good!

You will have better sound with a M-audio Delta 44 but you know that you can only use the 001 soundcard with PT.

SX software is actually probably better then PT 001. It has Soooooo much better midi features, it has VST and DirectX support, so you dn't have to pay money on plug-ins. (there are plenty of FREE VST sites out there with FREE plug-ins and VST instruments). SX is also more stable and compatable with more computer chipsets; And on top of that, SX uses ASIO so that will eliminate latency problems completely! ProTools 001 don't have that!

Go with SX!!
