protools and vst

so, I thought I posted this already? cant find it so I'll do it again. Will the
VST to RTAS Adapter work for the vst plugins? Their site say it does and even with uad cards. I swore I just saw here that someone stated it was not a sure thing for it to work

It works with *most* VSTs. There are a few exceptions, but they are few and far between, and generally occur with some of the older, free VSTs.
 
Hey thanks! My real stopping point from going from sonar to PT has been my been my plugins. I getting to hate pc and would rather go to a mac but sonar not compatable with mac. Maybe now I can switch to PT and mac!
