The M-Audio Prokeys 88sx is truly a modern marvel. I went from using a 150lbs Rhodes that was as big as I was to this thing. It was a religious expirience. It only weighs 17 pounds and is so compact, while still having 88 keys! It has all sorts of sounds and effects too. The reverb is pretty sweet.
When I asked people if they thought I should buy it, they all seemed iffy about the "semi weighted keys." So naturally I was a little iffy too. No need to be, this is the next best thing to hammer action, which would make the keyboard twice as big and twice as heavy. The action is suprisingly pleasant!
So why, do you ask, am I selling it if it's so amazing? I've upgraded to the Mother Keyboard, the Prokeys 88.
This thing is perfect for gigging. You have no idea how nice it is to be able to carry the keyboard under one arm and set it up in seconds.
Besides a few minor scratches on the short sides of the keyboard, I can't think of anything wrong with it. It works great in every way. Didn't use it too much. Probably around 1 hour or so.
Shipping is $38.49 in the continental US. If you're not within the US, don't bother to ask if I'll ship it to you, I just sold a mixer to this dude and france and it has turned out to be a nightmare. In fact, if you live in the Bay Area, come pick it up yourself and save 40 bucks!
Paypal is the prefered method. Money Orders are ok if they are from USPS. I've sold all sorts of things on here, I should be on the good guys list multiple times.
