Problems with Reason

Hi, I have problems trying to configure Reason with Pro Tools. Is there someone who can help me? I have a KAWAI K-11 conected to DIGIDESIGN 002 (rack); and my computer is an iMac (Mac Os X - version 10.2.8). The problem is that I can't hear nothing.
 
Need more info. Can you hear anything when Reason plays by itself? Is the problem that you can't get Reason to accept midi commands from the Kawaii?

That's the problem: I can't get Reason to accept midi commands from the Kawaii; I can't hear any of my samplers.
 
If you push play on a Reason drum machine do you hear anything? We need to determine if it's an audio problem or a midi problem.
