Problems in the "media" in cubase 7 (64)

I'v have a problem with my Cubase 7....
when i start a new project and go in to "MEDIA"...and then choose:
1.) "MEDIAPLAY": If i select sound here:
"wavefile": no sound, but I can see it playing in the previewer...
""midiloopfile": OK
"VST3 preset": OK (BUT NOT ALL OF TTHE PLUGIN NAMES :
"PROLOUGE" : OK
"HALIONSONIC". OK
"BITCRUSHER": NOT !! (no sound )
"REVERENCE": NOT !! (no sound)
"STUDIO CHORUS". NOT !! (no sound)

2.) "LOOPBROWSER": "wavefile": no sound, but I can see it playing in the previewer...
"midiloopfile": OK

3.) "SOUNDBROWSER": The same as above......

If i doubleclick any of these (which dont work...) I get them in my project like a track...and then they work ok....?

Other than these problems everything work Perfect..!!!

And one other thing...my VOLUME control on my M-AUDIO keystation 49es doesnt work on all of the sounds...?
where is the problem fellows.....

"My equempent: PB, 1.6 x 2 Ghz, 1Tb, 8GB, Win 8,1 (64), Cubase 7 (64), sound: Steinberg UR22, MIDI:M-Audio Keystation 29e USB, and New driver for all of it)

Please help a guy from the cold north...Norway..

Hello jarleiceman,

Regarding you problems:

1. Bitcrusher, Reverence, and Studio Chorus are effect plug-ins.
Unless you place them into an insert or on an Audio channel or in an FX channel they will not produce any sound. The process or modify a signal.
Reverence is a Reverb plug-in for example.

2.- 3. Might be that you have the control room activated.
