I'm having issues again with my M-audio Audiophile soundcard...i just bought a VX2000 preamp and i'm connecting my instruments to its input and sending the signal to the inputs in my soundcard, but when i play i cant hear anything playing on my computer speakers..i'm using magix musicmaker program to record and when i see if anything was recorded i can hear the instruments but they're very low..it is as if i'm recording in line and the signal is low but i thought the preamp was suppose to boost that..i'm pretty confused..i think it has something to do with my settings in the magix musicmaker or the Audiophile the preamp works fine when i connect it directly to my amp and speakers...if anyone can offer some help it will be much appreciated
