problem with audiophile 2496

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem i'm having with my audiophile 2496..I installed the soundcard into my computer but everytime I try to play a song through my musicmatch jukebox it freezes...I tried switching the options on the musicmatch jukebox back to my default soundblaster soundcard which I have in my computer and it works fine, but everytime I use the audiophile my jukebox freezes..I'm running on Windows XP....has anyone had similar problems???
 
I dont think the soundblaster is messing it up..i had it working before at my old home, but when i moved and reconnected my computer it stopped working
 
open up your delta control panel. click on your hardware settings. click on 44,100. check reset rate when idle. uncheck rate locked. save and then try to play songs.
 
I didnt mean to imply that there was something wrong with the soundblaster. Only to point out there may be an issue with peaceful coexistance between the two cards.

I already had my panel set the way that you mentioned. I still had the issues playing back files...
