Problem setting up 2496

I've just installed the m-audio 2496 along side my SB Audigy.

I used the latest drivers on the m-audigy website and didn't install anything from the cd. Is there additional software I need to make use of the card? There is no mixer or anything showing up in start/programs. I have 2 cd's, one just says driver, the other gigasampler. I tried installing gigasampler but it would not install.

Installation went fine but how do I tell a program or windows to use the m-audio card instead of the sb?

In Audition 1.5 I went to device settings to change the card and the m-audio is listed 3 times. I'm not sure which one to pick:

M-Audio Delta AP Multi
M-Audio Delta AP 1/2
M-Audio Delta S/PDIF

I tried them all but I'm getting no input or output to Audition.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You need to install the software control panel, its on the CD or at M-audio's website. you should see a icon for M-audio in your program folder.....also you can use the M-Audio Delta AP 1/2. this should get you some sound into the computer

I downloaded and installed the latest driver from the m-audio web site. There is not an M in the task bar.

I tried installing the drivers from the cd but nothing seems to be made for winxp. I don't know how to get the control panel to show up.
