The best EQ i have is the Metric Halo Channel Strip. Otherwise, I got the EQ on the Mackie 24-8. I have been considering a good parametric EQ for a while now particularly for side chain purposes. But, at the moment, my budget is kind of tight. I was out of the music biz for a while and so i purchased my entire rig in the last 6 months and still have not fully recovered from the expenditure. Therefore, a reasonably priced EQ is probably a good idea. In fact, someone recommended one on this site a while ago and I did not get it at the time and failed to make a note of what it was. Now, when I really want (need) to know, I don't know. Somedbody help me, please.
