Well here we go:

k lets say i go like this.... i own the Lexicon Omega and this is the question. alright i have all of my drum mics and two guitar mics pluged into my mixer now from there i press in the 1-2 button on all of the drum mics and the 3-4 button on the 2 guitar mics.... then i take 4 TS(mono) cables and go like this subgroup out (of mixer) 1 goes to the lexicon omega's line input 1 and sub out 2 goes to lexicon input 2 and soforth. then! i plug the bass into a DI Box and go into the Mic 1 input on the back of the lexicon. ok so now when i go into the program that came with the lexicon (Pro Tracks Plus) and select my inputs here and my choices, USB AUDIO DEVICE 1 IN 1 OUT(there is two of them) and so for the first USB AUDIO DEVICE 1 IN 1 OUT i select stereo thats the drums ....but the bass also is there too! and i want that to be on a seperate Track... is there a way to do that.... so i guess my question is could i get the bass, guitar, and drums all on seperate tracks with the way i am setting everything up? whew! hopefuly you can understand that cause i really need help

the mic in and the line in are connected. use one or the other. using both at the same time gives you both signals running on the same channel. mic input 1 and line input 1 are connected. so are mic input 2 and line input 2

damn....so theres no way around it? unless i could buy a soundcard with 8 ins
