well, "chicklet" isn't really the correct term for it.
Digi has gone through a lot of changes in the past few years including creating a certification course where they teach everyone (probably even Digi employees) the correct names for each item in the software. Edit Insertion/Follows Playback, Regions Menu, Command Focus, Online command, Auto Input versus Input Only, Takes List, Quick Key for enabling a parameter for automation, what each symbol next to the groups list means, etc.
i'm not saying Digi tech support people know everything ('cause they are kind of daft sometimes)...but asking someone about a "chicklet"??...personally I was confused as hell as to what you were talking about when you said that until I noticed you mentionted the I/O setup.
anyway, Jamall, I believe the "chicklet" page he is referring to is the I/O page itself. The chicklets are the little square blocks that you fill in to define which outputs refer to which path. It's just a simple grid.
