Iam running pro tools LE 8.0.4 on a 13" macbook 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, and i have recently experienced an error "Could not complete the import audio command because DAE error-9126 was encountered" this occurs whenever i try to import audio into a PT session, no matter which way i try to import it i.e dragging it to tracks, clicking import... I save my session on to my 'Western Digital' usb 'My Book' 1 TB capacity drive, and i have read some jargon elsewhere on the internet saying that this error is to do with having files on an external drive. Could someone help me out with this please.
