How Do I Backbus in Pro tools Internally also is it possible to side-chain in pro tools???????

sounds like he just means how to "bus" audio
click on the pull down menu for the track's outputs and select Bus-->Bus 1 (or whichever bus you want)
then on the track you want to bus it too...select that same bus as the input.
