Can some help me, out here? I want to know, what should be included in a press release, for a solo artist, and is there a website where i can see like a sample of one?

A press release is what big companies put out to declare new products and what not. Bands use press kits, demo packs and bio's.
I dont have any examples handy but you would usually include an 8x10 B&W Photo, bio, any important recognition or accomplishments, reviews and why they should give a shit who you are.
